First things thing I wanna see the research that say 30 to 45 percent would rape it they can get away with it ..
And secondly Captial punishment won't solve anything for a person who lives in a street or has no chances of pulling a women he would still choose to rape for him that's the best option left there ..
If you really care about reducing the number women getting raped you should teach the importance of consent to next generation of men (Kids in kindergarten Now)
And you talked about silencing men right funny how women were in the same situation in the past generations now you wanna do the exact same thing.. probably you're stuck with the bear rn 😔 the survival chances are pretty low ..
